RETURNS

We hope that you are happy with the items you receive. However, should your purchase not be quite what you’re after we are happy for you to return it within 14 days of the order being delivered, for a full refund or exchange. Unfortunately however, for hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned.

Items must be returned in the condition they were sent to you and anything we consider to be mistreated or damaged through wear and tear cannot be replaced or credited. A returns form will be included with your order and items must be sent back using recorded delivery. Please note, we do not offer a free returns service.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

Espree prides itself on its quality and as such offers a 2 year guarantee on all its jewellery. However, should any piece be deemed faulty we will replace it upon its return. Should the item no longer be in stock, we offer a full refund or credit against your next order. Unfortunately items that we consider to have been mistreated or damaged cannot be replaced or credited.

 

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTY FEES

The price of the items do not include customs and import duties which will vary from country to country. You may be required to pay these when you accept delivery of the items from your courier. If you refuse to accept delivery of the items you have purchased, the courier may return the items to Espree Jewellery. In the event this happens, Espree Jewellery may be required to pay additional charges to the courier in respect of the cost of return including customs and import duties that were payable by you. We will look to recover these costs from you by deducting the relevant amount from any refund owed. Please also note that any customs and import duty fees incurred by items returned to us for refund or exchange will also be deducted from any refund amount owed to you.

Orders received over £300 are carriage paid and dispatched within 24-48 hours* sent via FedEx next day delivery.

Orders received below £300 are dispatched within 72 hours* sent via FedEx and charged at £7.95 or if the order is up to 5 items it can be sent via Royal Mail next day delivery and charged at £3.99

Orders to Ireland, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man are charged at £16.50

RETURNS

Espree offers a flexible exchange policy and we will accept back all current running lines on a full exchange basis. Should you have any slow selling lines, our policy enables you to swap these for new product. If at any time you wish to use our full exchange service please carefully pack your items and return them in the condition they were sent to you to the address below using a recorded delivery service. Unfortunately our agents/representatives are not permitted to collect and return items for exchange due to the possibility of loss or damage.

Please note that we do not offer refunds and lines that have been discontinued will not be accepted for exchange. Unfortunately items that we consider to have been mistreated or damaged cannot be replaced or credited.
